A psychiatrist who built his own practice from the ground up.
I’m Bruce Bassi, MD, MS — double board-certified in General and Addiction Psychiatry, and a biomedical engineer by training. I founded TelepsychHealth in 2018. It is primarily virtual, with a physical office, and previously had a contracted IOP / PHP program. Today it serves patients in 10 states and is in-network with major insurers.
Along the way I served as medical director of an addiction treatment center, wrote a clinician’s guide to virtual reality therapy, and founded a health-records company. Coaching draws on all of it: the clinical side, the business side, and the technology side of modern practice — from clinical decision-making and rational psychopharmacology to the realities of running a sustainable, patient-centered practice.
