LoTurco Lab

The LoTurco Lab is the first lab that I ever worked in and I started in January of 2003 and ended May of 2003. The project I was working on dealt with neuogenesis in postnatal rats. I helped with surgery and injection of growth factor and virus in hippocampus. We performed perfusion surgery and sectioning of brain. This was under the supervision of Dr. Joseph LoTurco.
